Has the project drawings been checked, is the scope of works confirmed between installer and builder/developer.

Has the installer attended the Dincel academy (proof of attendance can be identified by producing an attendance certificate).

Site-Specific ITP has been developed for wall installation.

Site-specific SWMS has been developed for wall installation.

Waterproofing detailing has been finalized by project consultants and/or waterproofing contractor (i.e membranes, sealants, waterstops and ag lines as required).

Fall protection in place and complies with the relevant Sfe Work requirements.

Dincel panels have been unloaded adequately and no panels or components have been damaged.

Wall location has been marked out via survey or similar to ensure accurate wall placement.

Has the wall substrate been trowelled to the required workable finish and handed over to the installer clear of rubbish and free of debris.


Wall base angles or guide tracks securely anchored to slab. (Dincel guide tracks are not to be used where wall to floor junction requires waterproofing or for shear walls).

Substrate is clear of debris and cleaning is being carried out as installation commences.

No Dincel panel webs have been damaged during installation. Any panels with damaged webs have been provided with sufficient bracing to prevent bulging or panels have been replaced.

Wall braces and whalers have been installed appropriately and suitability has been confirmed by Project Engineer.

Walls are plumb and square.

Window and door openings have been provided in the correct location and any required rebates or falls provided in accordance with Architects specification.

Panels that have been screwed have spacings of 150mm for the first 1/3 in height, then every 300mm (or as specified within the Dincel Construction Manual).

Correct panel orientation - half circles are at the bottom of the panel.

All horizontal web holes within panels are aligned to ensure free flow of concrete.

Reinforcement has been placed according to the engineer’s specification, including bar sizes, bar spacing and concrete cover.


Corners, T-Junctions, End caps and Stop Ends have been securely braced.

All openings have been braced and leveled.

Door frames or door openings are plumb and in wind.

Reinforcement has been inspected and signed off prior to concrete placement.

Scaffolding/formwork deck has been completed and safe to pour from

Concrete ordered is as per Dincel specifications and MPa aligns with engineers specification.

Has a concrete tester been booked and scheduled in for the upcoming concrete pour.


Concrete provided: either Self-Compacting Concrete (SCC) with minimum 680mm spread or Conventional Concrete with min 180mm slump (at the point of discharge). Copy of the concrete delivery docket had been retained.

The timing and maximum height of concrete lifts/pours is in accordance with the Dincel Construction Manual.

If conventional concrete used: All Dincel walls have been vibrated with a 25mm vibrator as per Dincel Construction Manual. (Note: vibration should not be carried out for SCC).

Following concrete pour, walls have been cleaned of slurry

Deck cleaned after concrete pour and all door frames and sills are troweled.

Any waterproofing required has been carried out or planned for later stages.

Have all trade defects “if any” been rectified and documented on the ITP’s.

Are the Project ITP’s completed and copies provided to all required parties.

Any remaining Dincel offcuts have been recycled or disposed off.

Is the customer satisfied with the Dincel product and service.
